Our mission is to provide quality services that support and help to empower anyone experiencing and recovering from a mental health problem and their carers. We provide local support for anyone in the Falkirk Council area and offer a variety of projects and services. We are committed to the principles of social inclusion and to raising awareness and understanding of mental health issues. Mental health problems can affect anyone and one in four of us will experience mental health problems at some time in our lives.
