Health in Mind is holding an Information Afternoon on Mindfulness on Wednesday 28th March 2012
This session will focus on mindfulness, a technique for helping people to pay attention to the present moment, which has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety. The session will involve learning about mindfulness and will give participants a chance to try some mindfulness practice. There will also be a chance for audience discussion about the subject.
