The First Annual General Meeting of PLUS Perth and Kinross will be held at the Norrie Miller Suite, Perth Concert Hall, Mill Street, Perth at 1.00pm on Wednesday, 30th June, 2010 to transact the following business:-
Chairman’s report and accounts.
To receive and consider the accounts for the year ended 31st March 2010 and the reports of the chairman.
Manager’s Report.
Appointment of Charity Trustees.
To confirm the appointment of Mr. David Grant who joined the Board first on 2nd February 2009.
Any other business.
